In this season of my life, there's not a lot of time for exercise. About 2-3x per week, my husband and I switch off working out in our living room. He does 30 minutes of GMB (link below!) and I do 30 minutes of an online barre, yoga, or pilates class. I find the online classes through AloMoves are high quality, fun, and diverse! I link to my favorite go-to series and instructors below. I hope you have a chance to try them out!
Another good resource is this website called GMB. It focuses on both strength AND mobility! As a bonus, it is also fun to do the movements with young kids. They have online training programs that are very accessible to all skill levels.
